DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
**Basically, previous experience is not a requirement for this job. But the following conditions are preferred :
- 1 year experience in OTA management, Web Booking Engine management is a plus
- Proficient in general marketing method (experience in marketing responsible is plus)
- Ability to use PC (Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to complete tasks even small / detailed without any mistake)

- Thai National Only, Male / Female Age: 22 - 30 *Negotiable
- Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient, leadership, critical thinking, initiative and creative person.
- Strong passion/motivation to work in new hospitality business to create the largest hospitality chain in Southeast Asia from scratch.
- Excellent both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and inter-personal skill.
- Being able to work on flexible hours as necessary.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Responsible for attainment a business volume as high as possible and to heighten the sales opportunity both for accommodation and caf? business to generate revenue by attracting customers both domestic and international to be guests at establishment through different channels.
- In addition, by identify our Hotel and Cafe assets' attractive components, create sales contents which are needed as above doing, and are required when we proceed the sales activities on real / cyber media.
- Mainly, expect you to handle OTAs and Direct Booking Website to make them optimization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Establish a good relationship with OTAs and having our brand exposures maximize on each OTA.
- Understand the presence / meaning of our brand on each OTAs
- Seeking for ways to expand our presence on each OTAs by using ads, promotion, frequent communication, and effective contents.
- Maximize the number of booking on each OTAs compared with competitors.
- Being able to travel locally, regionally and nationally (if any) to meet with potential partner to discuss business for the company and participate/lead event meetings.
- As others, OTA registration for new property, OTA Page Set Up (text/photo), OTA Ranking Monitoring, OTA Rate Disparity Monitoring, OTA Promotion Tactics Initiative, OTA Liaison Relationship, OTA Guest Comments Answering, Other routine tasks (payment, record, track, etc) are required.
2.Manage WBE (Web Booking Engine) to make it maximization of revenue.
- Expected to understand WBE deeply, and need to proceed taking actions on that page quickly and precisely according to revenue committee decision
- In concrete, WBE Registration for new property, WBE Page Set Up (text/photo), WBE Promotion Planning, WBE Promotion Banner Design, WBE Promotion Execution / Monitoring, WBE Maintenance between Kokotel Website, are required.
3.Handling hotel PMS and involving RM (Resident Master) to optimize our revenue at Hotel business.
- Liaise and work closely among Head Quarter team (RSVN team) and cluster hotel properties(RM) in between departments to ensure good cohesion for the guest stays.
